We are seeking an experienced Unity Engineer to build our developer tools and platform apps. In this role, you will play a key role in creating our SDKs, UGC tools, and multiplayer AR/VR experiences. If you have a passion for AR and UGC, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the core team to implement high-quality, scalable solutions for delivering UGC AR/VR experiences.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, organization, and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Professional experience creating and maintaining custom UPM packages, Unity-based UGC tooling, cross-platform multiplayer games, and template/sample projects.
- Experience implementing unit testing, analytics, and anti-cheat for AR/VR games.
- Basic knowledge of git for version control, including: commits, pulls, releases, package manifest files.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially regarding technical trade-offs, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of when to use OpenXR tooling versus device-specific SDKs.
- Experience in AR development with the Magic Leap 2, Snap Spectacles, and XREAL Air 2 Ultra.
- Experience in MR development with the Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro.
- Experience with Solana, Anchor, and Rust.
